Kevin Rose
Washington DC-based vocalist and teacher Kevin Rose has a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theater from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Vocal Pedagogy from Shenandoah Conservatory where he works as a graduate assistant. Kevin specializes in teaching contemporary commercial music styles including Musical Theater, Pop, Rock, Folk, and Blues.

“I believe the most precious thing is the impulse of the artist. We all have only one unique expression. My role is one of service; to help artists unlock the functional components of their singing voice so they can find the freedom to fully express themselves through song.”
Kevin has a rich background in performing and has sung alongside Patti LaBelle, Michelle Williams, Dionne Warwick, Leslie Jordan, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Norm Lewis, Laura Osnes, Rayshun Lamarr, Morgan James, and Nova Payton. Kevin has a performed as a soloist with the National Phil Harmonic Orchestra (Strathmore), the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, and you can catch him in several PBS specials with The American Pops Orchestra (One Voice, Wicked In Concert, Ella’s Swinging Christmas, We Are Family.)
In 2023, Kevin performed with the inaugural cast of the MSC Seascape in a brand-new set of shows. In 2018 Kevin toured with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in over 20 countries with his headliner Feelin’ Good. He has performed all over the east coast in venues such as The Kennedy Center, Arena Stage, The Warner Theater, Lincoln Center, Mr Henry’s, The Strathmore, Carnegie Hall, The Town Hall, the 92nd St Y, Merkin Concert Hall, and was invited to bring his Cabaret series “If Not Now When?” To the historic Metropolitan Room.
