Rebbeca Wilcoski
Rebbeca is a classically-trained flutist who has been playing since 2005.
In May 2019, she earned her BM in Flute Performance with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign.
There she studied under Dr. Jonathan Keeble, one of the most highly sought-after flute professors in the country.
While at UIUC, Rebbeca soloed with ensembles such as the Wind Orchestra and the Philharmonia Orchestra, both on flute and on piccolo.
Rebbeca has participated in masterclasses with prominent flutists such as Bonita Boyd of the Eastman School, Judith Mendenhall of the New School at Mannes, and Roma Duncan of the Chicago Symphony.
Her teaching experience includes positions with the University of Evansville Floot Fire Summer Workshop in 2016 and with the Urbana Middle School band department in 2019.
Apart from the flute, she has also studied voice and participated in the UI Women’s Glee Club.
Rebbeca is excited to share her love of music with her students and hopes to create a space that encourages enthusiasm, discovery, and growth.
